Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP FSCD specialist to lead improvements across finance operations, focusing on subledger accounting, collections, and payment/disbursement processes. The role sits between Finance and IT, driving enhancements across SAP and connected insurance systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead FSCD optimisation initiatives across master data, receivables, payments, and system integrations (policy, claims, reinsurance).
• Act as key bridge between Finance and IT for configuration, enhancements, and system changes.
• Assess SAP FSCD upgrades and ensure smooth adoption across the landscape.
• Deliver automation and transformation work (e.g., dunning, payment processing, cash application, and reporting on arrears/aging).
• Improve end-to-end collections and disbursement processes with regional finance teams.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit-ready processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years SAP FSCD experience in insurance environments.
• Strong knowledge of subledger accounting, open item management, and payments.
• Project leadership experience in SAP transformation programmes.
• Accounting background preferred (qualified or equivalent experience).
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance and IT.
• Experience with SAP BTP beneficial (integration/automation/extensions).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in fast-paced delivery environments.
